• by posting a message to the GConvert forum.

Do not hesitate to use the forums to post your questions. Also please first have a look to the existing threads: maybe your question already got an answer.

GConvert comes with an extensive context-sensitive help file: just press F1 in GConvert in order to get help on the current screen.

This help file is available online and can be viewed using your Web browser.

The "Frequently Asked Questions" and "How To" sections are also good place where to find useful information.
