Have you checked your “ad” folder? Because in gmail, generally the licensing email ends up there…

A copy of the email was also sent to you in the support ticket you opened.

It’s not a show-stopper. However, with the other applications that I write (in other programming languages), I normally provide my users with the choice of a 32-bit or 64-bit option.
